a long shortstory .. the 4th part ..

the planet he chose was in disarray
chaosed
a dark and troubled place
void of life
with only rock and sand covered by water ..

but it was as good as any other
he would start here
plant the seeds of newlife
with newkind people
and whatever else he thought necessary
to sustain life and encourage it to bloom and grow and prosper
in this newworld
...

the son had come alone ..
the king must remain inkingdom
especially now that Darkeyed Scowler was a threat ..
it was not that longtime ago since the rebellion
and the people still needed their king in homeplace
the security of his presence ..

it was the son who would create the newplace for the newkind
his was the wisdom
his was the design
his was the making of it ..

the king had allconfidence in him
after all he was the kingson ..

and so it went ..
.... . .. .. . . . . .    .

Earth he callnamed it ..
a truly beautiful homeplace
even if he did sayso himself ..
truly ..

all creaturekinds
great and small short and tall inwater and insky and inland
ran and shuffled and scuffled and flew and climbed and hung
and dug and swam and swung and bounded
mouthing their words for all to hear ..
barks and growls and chirps and howls and twitters and screeches
and bellows and roars and grunts ..
sounds of everykind imaginable..

4legged and 2legged and manylegged and longlegged
and winged and tailed and finned and furred and feathered
and smoothskinned slimyskinned and onandonandon ..

colours that surpassed any variety in any one place in the known cosmos
solid colours and mixed and blended and striped and splotched
and dark colours and light and bright and pastel and bold
everyshade everyblend ..

and endless plantlife
tall and squat fruiting and flowering and towering and climbing
and spreading and shading andonandonandon ..

fruits of yellow and red and purple and blue
fat ones and small ones and juicy and cheesy and crunchy
of sweet and notsosweet and sour
and ones that make your tongue click and tingle
and some that tieup your mouth ..

hills and valleys and streams and grassland and swampland
and mountain and forested and beach ..

and snow ..
   he namecalled it
this crazy light glowingwhite stuff that danced its way to Earth
eversogently touching down
almost unnoticed except for the cool of it onskin

and so it went ..

there was nothing quite like it anywhere ..
anywhere
it was an effervescent excitement for the senses
an endless variety of sounds and sights
and scents and tastes and touchfeel

what a splendourous place it was this Earth ..
marvelous
wonderful ..
perfect for the newkind people
..   ...  .

the son was pleased with his creation
it was good
all good ..

all that was left now
was the newkind people ..
and that was perhaps the most tricky of all

and yet ..
maybe not
for he thought to create them in his own likeness and image ..
not samesame
but samelike ..
he would put his imagestamp on the newkind
so they wouldn't feel so faraway ..
they were newkind after all
they might feel rather strange in the cosmos
if they had noone likekind ..

so he did ..
2 of them
only 2

....

he wanted them to startright ..
they were new to the universe
they were different from everyother creature in the universe
and it would be besthing for them to get to know eachother
before moreothers of them came..

they need to learn the lovelaw
by being eachother  ..
all depended on that
and that called for longtimealone ..

" i will return timetotime " he said
" we will talk then ..
for thistime i leave you alone
yet not alone
you are eachother ..

be at peace

and look to this place ..
wellkeep it for it is under your authority
you are the Earthkeepers ..

and be on your bestguard ..
there are otherforces you know not of
and some of them are badforces
terrible and dreadful they are ..
hear me well ..

until then .. "

and he leftout ..

and they were alone ..

notalone
yet alone
eachother
the 2 Earthkeepers
the image and likeness of the son
alone in Earthplace

and they grew to know eachother
overtime
lonlongtime
... . ..  .

                more to come
